Antiquing & Distressing

Do you have new looking items, but you wish they look older? I can add leather and give the piece that special antique look.

I am a former member of the Texas Association for Living History, Farm and Agricultural Museums and I have been across the Atlantic four times and made extensive studies of the many wonderful museums there.

I offer various antiquing and distressing services. Basically, I can add leather or other touches to an existing piece, and make the whole think look older and used.

The first pictures here are of a battle axe I bought from Jeff White. It was really neat, but it looked “new”. I distressed the handle and added the leather. The wooden club I cut from a young red oak tree several years ago. I stained and wrapped it to match the axe.
