Damascus Kitchen Knife

This Damascus blade has over 100 layers, primarily of 1095 high carbon with a little nickel. Blade is 8" long, 2" wide and 3/16" thick throughout the 4" full tang handle.

Handle is post-oak burl in the front and rosewood in the back. Burl is a great compliment to any knife, but it goes especially well with the Damascus blade.
